Over 20 years, Bailey has delivered projects in Gem County (Emmett, New Plymouth) and Payette County (Fruitland), among other communities. We consider projects outside our six primary counties on a case-by-case basis and bring the same jurisdictional knowledge to each.
Valley County
Bailey also has significant work in Valley County (McCall, Cascade, Donnelly, Smiths Ferry) — 26 projects and 2,349 acres since 2019. While Valley County isn't part of our primary six-county service area, we bring the same jurisdictional knowledge and subdivision engineering expertise to projects in the Cascade lakes and McCall resort corridor.
